Returns & Exchanges

Its important to us that you are pleased with your purchase! In the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty in any way, please pop in and see us in store or contact us to resolve the issue. 

If you would like to return an item, please email us regarding the issue or pop in and see us in store. Please note due to hygiene purposes, ALL EARRINGS ARE NON RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE.

Additionally, for items to be returned via post- We cannot offer to cover the cost of postage to return an item and until it arrives with us it will entirely be your responsibility. When posting items to be returned or exchanged, please send them signed for, special delivery for insurance purposes.

In the unlikely event an item arrives damaged, you will be offered a replacement or repair. Please contact us via email to resolve any issues as quickly as possible, you can reach us by emailing Martha on martha@saltandco.co.uk

To be eligible for an exchange or to return your purchase for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and be within 14 days of your purchase. To complete a return or exchange we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, that all earrings, rings and sale items are non refundable and will not be eligible for exchange.

For hygiene purposes, earrings and studs of any kind are non returnable purchases.

Additionally, my rings here are made to order therefore I cannot offer returns or exchanges on these items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We ask that you use special delivery for returns for insurance purposes. We do not take responsibility for lost items in transit.
