Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately as I am a small business I cannot offer returns. If you wish to make a return, you will be able to redeem store credit to shop with us again.

I cannot offer to cover the cost of postage to return an item and until it arrives with us it will entirely be your responsibility. When posting items to be returned or exchanged, please send them signed for.

In the unlikely event an item arrives damaged, you will be offered a replacement. Please contact me via email to resolve any issues as quickly as possible!

To be eligible for an exchange or to return your purchase for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and be within 14 days of your purchase. To complete a return or exchange I will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, that all earrings, rings and sale items are non refundable and will not be eligible for exchange.

For hygiene purposes, earrings and studs of any kind are non returnable purchases.

Additionally, my rings here are made to order therefore I cannot offer returns or exchanges on these items.

To return your product to us, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are posting an item over £50.00, you should consider using a trackable postage service or purchasing insurance. We do not take responsibility for lost items in transit.
